Internal Capabilites

Midway Swiss Turn produces quality parts using three Swiss type CNC turning centers that eliminate secondary operations when making complex parts. We work with materials that include Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper and Plastics. Typical parts include: stems, valves, gears, screws, shafts, fittings, nuts and contact pins. We also provide light assembly and finishing if necessary.

Midway Swiss Turn can turn quality parts using our CNC screw machines. We have our CNC Lathe and a Brown and Sharpe Screw Machine. We work with the most common materials including Carbon Steel, Brass, Copper, Plastics and more. Our parts can be assembled in house and finished using our trusted outside vendors.

Midway Swiss Turn has expanded the use of our newest machine the Cincinnati Millcron Arrow 1000 CNC Vertical Milling Machine. We can run prototype, small run and high volume. Are markets include the aftermarket automotive, castings and latches. We work with the most common materials including Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper and much more.

Midway Swiss Turn provides design and engineering consultation for our customers as well as helping new and small companies lacking prior industry experience. We specialize in precision medical components. We can provide engineering, designs, drawing, consultation and confidentiality. We can provide assembly and finishing to complete you project from start to finish.
