Swiss Turning Services
Midway Swiss Turn produces quality parts using seven Swiss type CNC turning centers that eliminate secondary operations when making complex parts. We work with materials that include Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper and Plastics. Typical parts include: stems, valves, gears, screws, shafts, fittings, nuts and contact pins. We also provide light assembly and finishing if necessary.
CNC Milling Services
Midway Swiss Turn has expanded the use of our milling department to include Haas vertical and 5-axis mills. Our UMC-500 is also equipped with an integrated Fanuc Robotics system for automated production. We can run prototype, small run and high volume out of the most common materials including Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper and much more.
