We have an ERP system that aligns our processes to be ISO compliant. We utilize a 1st article approval process on every job, new or old. Once 1st article is approved, production run commences on that machine. In addition to our continuous quality inspection process, we have random inspections conducted during all of our production runs. All inspections are recorded to ensure all dimensions are met and within tolerances called out on the drawing. A 2 pan system is used to assist in adequately controlling each production run throughout our machining processes.
