About Low Frequency Vibration (LFV) Technology
LFV uses controlled axial vibration synchronized with spindle rotation to create intermittent chip breaking. This produces clean, manageable chip formation, reduces heat, and prevents nesting or built-up edges.
LFV is highly effective when machining difficult materials such as Inconel, stainless steels, copper, and plastics. It improves surface finish, tool life, and overall throughput.
