Since 1977, Midway Swiss Turn has delivered high precision machining services with the reliability and attention to detail that that comes from a veteran owned, family operated shop. Our team specializes in Swiss turning, Swiss type CNC machining, and the production of Swiss turned parts and precision components that require tight tolerances and consistent quality.
As we work up to our nearing CMMC level 2 certification, we maintain secure and compliant processes suitable for defense and government supply chains. Our history supporting customers in military, defense, and critical industries demonstrates our capacity to meet strict requirements for quality, confidentiality, and reliable delivery. Our facility houses seven Citizen Swiss Type turning centers, a Citizen Miyano, and a range of Haas vertical and 5 axis mills. This technology allows us to support both precision CNC machining services and high precision machining for complex milled and turned parts, often eliminating secondary operations. We routinely hold tolerances to plus or minus .0002 and can machine up to 2 inch OD.
With more than 75 years of combined machining experience, our team is skilled at solving difficult manufacturing challenges and helping customers engineer the most efficient way to produce their parts. We maintain the personal service of a small shop while delivering the professionalism, quality, and consistency expected from larger manufacturers. Our lean team of ten provides dependable quality, on time delivery, and competitive pricing. We are small enough to care and capable enough to deliver.
We support prototype quantities, short runs, and high-volume production up to 50,000 pieces EAU. Our flexible scheduling system allows us to adjust quickly to customer needs, and in time sensitive situations we can often supply product within one week at a premium.
Midway Swiss Turn machines stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, tool steels, and plastics such as Delrin and PVC. Our equipment uses LFV low frequency vibration technology to improve chip control, surface finish, and tool life. All machines are equipped with automatic bar feeders, allowing us to run parts consistently and take advantage of lights out machining whenever possible.
